Contredanse supports and encourages choreographic creation and the practice of dance through its information-and documentation center on dance, its website, publications, books and dvds, the magazine NDD on the actuality of dance, classes and events.

Midis de la Poésie
For more than 60 years, the Midis de la Poésie organise conferences and literary recitals, bringing together 150 to 300 listeners each tuesday from October to March in the large Auditorium of the Museum of Ancient Art. Renowned as well as unknown speakers come to discuss works of past and present writers from all walks of life, of all ages and backgrounds- reflecting on contemporary themes of our epoch and of literature with an original angle. Readings of texts by professional actors illustrate these conferences.

Réseau des Arts à Bruxelles
The Réseau des Arts à Bruxelles was created in 2004 by a number of French speaking cultural institutions from Brussels representing several artistic disciplines. Together with the Brussels Kunstenoverleg, RAB positions itself today as an intermediary speaker about cultural policies in Brussels and groups about 30 French speaking, bi-community and federal institutions which are active in the professional Brussels cultural sector; and which are related, structurally or projectwise, with the French Community Wallonia-Brussels and/or with the Commission of the French Community.
