Le service de mots t’aidera volontiers à résoudre les conflits intérieurs, les problèmes de cœur et d’âme pour lesquels tu as besoin de mots. La communication y est précieuse. Des écrits divers sont créés avec soin et précision, en concertation, dans un cadre discret et poétique. On peut faire l’expérience de service de mots chaque semaine dans un lieu fixe de la ville, pendant plusieurs mois. C’est un service gratuit et accessible au public, avec ou sans rendez-vous.

service de mots est géré par l’artiste Sarah Vanhee, en collaboration avec d’autres fournisseuses de mots (Flore Herman à La Bellone). Avec ce travail, Vanhee développe sa pratique de l’écoute active et profonde, au cœur de son œuvre. service de mots offre attention et humanité dans une société pressée, et constitue une alternative éthique, esthétique et symbolique à la numérisation et à la robotisation de notre langage, de notre communication et de nos services.

D'avril à juin, le service de mots a été presque hebdomadaire à La Bellone. Lors de la présentation publique du 19 juin à De Markten à 20h, vous aurez l'occasion de lire plusieurs écrits qui ont vu le jour. Les fournisseuses de mots parleront de leurs expériences, de leurs idées et de leurs observations, de l'histoire de l'écrivain.e public, de ce qui est difficile à dire aujourd'hui.

dienst woorden helpt graag met zaken van hoofd, hart en ziel waarvoor je woorden nodig hebt. De woordverleenster verleent je een luisterend oor. Communicatie is er kostbaar. Diverse schrijfsels worden met zorg en precisie, in samenspraak, gecreëerd, binnen een discrete, poëtische setting. De dienst is gratis en publiek toegankelijk, met of zonder afspraak. 

dienst woorden wordt bemenst door kunstenares Sarah Vanhee, samen met andere woordverleensters. Met dit werk borduurt Vanhee verder op haar praktijk van actief en diep luisteren. dienst woorden biedt aandacht en menselijkheid in een overhaaste maatschappij, en is een ethisch, esthetisch en symbolisch alternatief voor de verregaande digitalisering en robotisering van onze taal, communicatie en dienstverlening. 

Van april tot juni was dienst woorden bijna wekelijks te bezoeken in La Bellone. Tijdens de publieke presentatie op 19 juni in De Markten - 20h krijgt u verschillende schrijfsels te lezen die bij dienst woorden tot stand kwamen. De woordverleensters verhalen over hun ervaringen, ideeën en observaties; over de geschiedenis van de publieke schrijver, over datgene wat vandaag de dag maar moeilijk gezegd wordt.

words service is happy to help you with matters of head, heart and soul for which you need words. Communication is precious. Various writings are created with care and precision, in consultation, within a discreet, poetic setting. words service can be visited weekly at a fixed location in the city, for several months. The service is free and publicly accessible, with or without an appointment.

words service is staffed by artist Sarah Vanhee, together with other word providers. With this work, Vanhee elaborates on her practice of active and deep listening, central to her oeuvre. words service offers attention and humanity in a hectic society, and is an ethical, aesthetic and symbolic alternative to the far-reaching digitalisation and robotisation of our language, communication and services.

From April to June, words service was available almost weekly at La Bellone. During the public presentation on June 19 at De Markten - 20h, you will get to read several writings that came about. The word providers will talk about their experiences, ideas and observations; about the history of the public writer, about that which is difficult to say today.
