André DEBAAR (B)
(25/12/1929, Verviers - 16/02/2011, Uccle)
Metteur en scène et comédien belge.
Co-directeur du Festival de Spa avec Billy Fassbender (1988-1998).
Président de l’Union des Artistes (1986-1992).
Professeur d'art dramatique à l'Institut des arts de diffusion - IAD, Belgique et au Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles.
Fondateur de la compagnie des Trois Soeurs.
Pensionnaire et membre du conseil d'administration du Théâtre Royal du Parc (1950-1964) puis entre au Théâtre National de Belgique (1964-1984), il joue également au Théâtre des Galeries.
Il enseigne l’Art Dramatique à l’Académie de Woluwé-Saint-Pierre, à l’Institut des Arts de Diffusion (IAD) et ensuite au Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles.
Il est l'époux de la comédienne Bobette Jouret.

Formation
- Etudes d’Art dramatique, de déclamation et de Chant au Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles - Belgique.
Il obtient le premier Prix d’Art Dramatique, le diplôme Supérieur de Déclamation française, et le premier Prix de Chant.
- Conservatoire verviétois (deux années).
