Codirectrice avec Alain Barsacq de la Comédie de Béthune, Centre dramatique national de 1992 à 2004.
Co-gérante au sein d'un collectif de metteurs en scène composé d'Alain Barsacq, Christian Schiaretti, Max Denes et Agathe Alexis. de l'Atalante (1985)
En 2004, elle crée la Compagnie Agathe Alexis.
