Elle est la fondatrice de la compagnie Pachamama productions en 2009.

Depuis 2014, elle est directrice associée du National Theatre of Scotland.

Formation

- Dramatic Studies, Dramatic Arts/Acting/Directing au Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (1994-1997).
